This position will focus on managing the financial aspects related to our international clients.

Job Overview:

As a Finance Officer specializing in international clients, you will be integral in managing financial transactions, reporting, and analysis for our international customer base. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or those nearing graduation, with no prior experience required. You will collaborate with our finance lead to ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial matters, contributing to our continued success in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions related to international clients, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.

Client Accounts Management: Maintain and update financial records for international clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements related to international client accounts, providing key metrics and insights.

Data Entry: Input financial data into our accounting system with precision and in line with company standards.

Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree with anticipated graduation within the next year.

Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients and internal teams.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial systems and processes.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
