Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of web development, graphics, and app development services. Experience with online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for web development, graphics design, and app development services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through various online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
Draft and submit compelling proposals, bids, and responses to client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the IT industry.
Knowledge of web development, graphics design, and app development processes and services.
Proficiency in using freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
