Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the hiring process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance career growth and retention
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Experience:
5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field
Education:
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
