Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential US clients, introduce our services, and set appointments
- Engage with prospects, use call scripts, and handle rejections with resilience
- Keep CRM systems updated for seamless communication
- Meet and exceed call targets to drive results
Requirements:
- Experience: Less than 1 year in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role (freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply)
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent
- Skills: Fluent in English with an excellent phone manner
