Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Reach out to cold and warm leads through outbound calls.
  • Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Guide clients through the entire onboarding process, from account creation to providing information on their imported vehicles.
  • Updating Google sheet: Regularly update the growth tracker sheet to ensure accurate tracking of progress, lead statuses, and conversions.
  • Customer Support: Be the point of contact for any queries clients may have, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied at every stage.

  Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Urdu as most of the calls will be conducted in this language.
  • Must have a basic understanding of English for communication purposes.
  • Ability to update and track information accurately.
  • Prior experience in customer service or tele-sales is preferred but not required.
