As a Google My Business (GMB) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing GMB profiles, handling verifications and reinstatements, and managing online reviews (including platforms like Trustpilot). Your expertise will enhance brand credibility, increase local search rankings, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and maintain GMB profiles for international clients.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews to build brand trust.
- Troubleshoot and resolve GMB issues (verifications, suspensions, incorrect listings).
- Analyze competitor profiles and implement strategies for local SEO improvement.
