What is Civil Consultant - MMBL?

Civil Consultant will be overseeing various aspects of civil works projects (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC), ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion.

What Civil Consultant - MMBL does?

Key responsibilities include:
Layout Approval: Obtain layout approval from concerned authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Bills of Quantities (B.O.Qs): Draft Bills of Quantities as required for project planning and budgeting.
Vendor Evaluation: Facilitate the technical evaluation of civil work vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
Tendering and Bidding: Assist in the tendering and bidding process for civil works, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and landlords during project execution to maintain effective communication and resolve issues.
Project Supervision: Supervise ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines and specifications.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor the execution phase and ensure compliance with project plans.
Bill Verification: Physically verify running and final bills for accuracy and approval, ensuring financial integrity.
Repair & Renovation Work: Responsible for repair & renovation work at branches & MMBL offices.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Civil Consultant - MMBL?

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/B.Tech (Hons) or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination and management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
