- Contractual resource for legal drafting, reviewing and matters pertaining to legal
- 1. Works on the most exciting legal issues and proactively assess legal risks and advice on the banking laws;
- 2. Negotiate, draft, review and advice on day to day commercial and banking contracts/ agreements including but not limited to MOUs, NDAs, Addenda and all type of Agreements also the procurement documents including RFPs, RFQs etc.;
- 3. Legal opinion on day to day matters pertaining to agreements and also on due diligence of the Projects;
- 4. Manage legal issues that arise in existing banking relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes;
- 5. Monitor proposed and existing legislation and other changes in legal environment or industry practice affecting the organization;
- 6. Legal research as and when required by the Management and/ or needed in day to day matters;
