- We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of cybersecurity projects within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, infrastructure, software development, data technology, and external vendors, to ensure the success of cybersecurity projects. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Project Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of cybersecurity projects, from initiation to completion. Experience in managing Trend micro Vision one Platform deployment, Identity & Access Management Deployment, Data Loss & Prevention deployment will be a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, infrastructure, software development, data technology, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, making appropriate modifications to meet evolving needs and requirements.
- Scope and Schedule Management: Manage project scopes and schedules, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Stay informed with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, incorporating best practices into project planning and execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cybersecurity projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
