• The position is responsible to align HR strategy, policies & processes to Business requirements; to fulfil the organization objectives. Also to work on organization culture and employee engagements for purpose of to improve employee experience and strategic HR management.
    • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Collaboration with Business & HR Leaders to develop & implement HR strategies that support business Objectives.
    • People insight on organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
    • Working with top leaders/stakeholders to take insight and play role in strategic decision making/planning in all HR related matters so the bank could achieve its medium- and long-term business objectives.
    • Partnerships with placement centers/student services centers in different universities for talent pool and student career couching/counseling
    • Talent Acquisition:
    • Assist Business & HR managers/leaders in Head Count planning and management.
    • Ensure timely talent acquisition through concern desk/manager against approved Head Count
    • Refine the talent hiring strategies to ensure quality of hire; performance metrics, retention rate, Ramp-up time, employee engagement, cultural fit, manager s satisfaction and eNPS.
    • Identify surplus resource and adjustments as and when required; in accordance to the business needs and strategic goals
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of all new hires to improve quality of new hire experience
    • Visits in different universities for job fairs, recruitment drives, talent hunt as to develop potential source pool for current & future needs
    • Talent Management:
    • Develop & implement early mentorship programs for better onboarding & employee handholding
    • Develop & implement strategies for talent development, retention and career Growth.
    • Conduct workforce planning & analysis to anticipate future talent requirements
    • Work closely with front line staff and HR functions to facilitate employees in HR related operation matters and smooth HR processes.
    • Supervise employee performance management & PIP as per bank policy
    • Employee Engagements:
    • Establish transparent communication channels to keep employees informed about organizational goals, updates and performance
    • Encourage two-way communication where employee can provide feedback and suggestions
    • Ensure to accommodate employees feedback & Suggestions through relevant channels
    • Develop and implement recognizing programs that acknowledge employees for their performance & contribution
    • Support employees in acquiring new skills for their personal growth and career aspiration
    • Promote work-life balance by offering flexible duty hours
    • Mentorship of employees regarding their career growth and aspirations
    • Develop and implement strategies to create environment for better employee experience, culture fit and engagement
    • Conduct employee motivation, team building and engagement activities in branches/regions
    • Skills development:
    • Working closely with branches/regions to identify skills gaps and TNA s
    • Coordination with Training unit for arrangements of required functional trainings
    • Develop and execute soft skills training programs in regions/branches
    • Develop soft skills training modules
    • Couching and counseling of front-end sales & operations staff regarding their career development and aspirations
    • Attrition Management:
    • Develop attrition matrices to analysis stats and facts regarding staff attrition
    • Deep dive analysis into reasons of staff attrition and recommendations to the higher management
    • Conduct Exit feedback interviews and keep proper record and maintain dashboard
    • Working closely with front-end management in employee retentions
    • Any other task:
    • Bank may assign any other related task from time to time
    • Hold Master Degree from a reputable Institution in Human Resources or any related subject.
    • Having experience of more than 5 years in the same capacity
