• Manager Digital Payment Operations oversees the funds movement in respective unit with clear understanding of flow of transactions in system and their GL impacts. The role will responsible to supervise the transaction & bulk approvals with vigilance considering proper debitcredit party selection keeping in mind basis accounting principles. Role will Ensure delivery of services within MMBL & JC partner as per defined TAT s to avoid any escalations.
    • Candidate should have knowledge of financial system WRT financial posting on balance sheet heads items like deposit, credits, receivables, payables, taxes and FED.
    • Supervise and Manage Liquidity (funds inflow outflow) of bank s branchless banking agents, franchises, bank s branches / Centers etc. including Bulk Disbursements, Cash replenishment and Periodic reimbursements.
    • Liaison & providing support to internal external stakeholders for liquidity management in order to have smooth operations and customer services at all level.
    • Analysis of manually process transactions W.R.T daily, weekly & monthly
    • Readily available data/MIS of respective unit when required by management.
    • Responsible for timely / periodic replenishment of funds for different internal accounts linked with various customer services
    • Ensure compliance with Bank s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Branchless Operations efficiently and consistently.
    • Responsible for any other task assigned by Line Manager related to daily routine work.
    • Ownership of work assigned and find out alternate ways to resolve the issues.
    • Assist executive manager branchless finance in automation of processes and digitalization of manual work flow
    • Holds a Bachelor degree from reputable institution with majors in accounting & finance
    • At least 5 years of experience in banking/fintech industry, preferable branchless finance operations
