• Role Overview: The Unit Lead will oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle and Intelligent Robotic process automation (IRPA) for financial transformation projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding, particularly in financial modules and IRPA, to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with MMBL Financial Transformations objectives.
    • Lead process of transformation and digitization of financial processes/reports together with IT;
    • Create processes and tools in relation to internal finance stakeholder management including quality of service, turnaround times and quality of finance service;
    • Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and recommend best practices.
    • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
    • Lead continuous use and improvement in terms of Oracle ERP usage and functional system management;
    • Ensuring the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects.
    • Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, and governance structures.
    • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and progress reporting.
    • Drive financial transformation projects by coordinating between technical, business, and finance teams.
    • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct regular project reviews, providing updates to senior leadership and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and collaboration.
    • Prepare and deliver trainings to all functions within the company Demonstrate dynamic approach and will to challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for efficiency, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in the business processes, activities and controls

    • System Administrator of Oracle EBS, Auto Recon & Settlement system & tasks are as
    • o Perform routine system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks
    • o Apply patches and updates to Oracle EBS and Oracle Database
    • o Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization
    • o Identify and address performance issues in the Oracle EBS environment.
    • o Optimize SQL queries and database configurations for improved performance
    • o Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions that align with business objectives.
    • o Select appropriate automation tools and technologies based on the specific requirements of each process.
    • o Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
    • o Work closely with end-users to validate and refine automated solutions
    • Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and financial transformation.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
    • Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
