Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive advanced strategies, optimize outreach across platforms like LinkedIn, and enhance our client acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist:

Utilise Email marketing tools for lead generation and connect with potential clients.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target international markets and industries.
Engage with leads through personalized messages and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and manage the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns.
Leverage Google search ads and paid advertising platforms to drive qualified high-quality leads.
Research and identify prospective clients using Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io etc.

What We Are Looking For:

5 years of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or a similar role.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and meeting KPIs.
Strong understanding of market research and segmentation techniques.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and lead generation best practices.
