We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female Personal Care Customer Support Specialist(on-site) to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, product information, order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer and beautician inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, promotions, and policies.
  • Assist customers in placing orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems preferred.
