Accounts Officer is mainly responsible for keeping record of overall sales, invoicing & receivables of different hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining receivables ledgers for various clients and hospitals.
Generate invoices and ensure their timely submission, along with maintaining receiving records.
Maintain Excel sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Support monthly receivables reconciliation with clients.
Prepare various reports as required by management or clients.
Generating Delivery Challans (DCs) and Receiving Challans (RCs) using relevant software.
Assist in other relevant tasks as needed.

Experience:

At least 1-year experience in Accounting & Finance, enabling ideal candidate to fit-in into professional life.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance

Skills:

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including the double-entry system and other relevant accounting skills.
Proficiency in computer operations and internet usage.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
Familiarity with accounting and inventory management software (experience preferred).
Good command of both Urdu and English for effective communication.
