Key Responsibilities:

Amazon FBA & FBM Management:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.

PPC Campaigns:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.

DMCA Compliance:

  • Ensure all product listings comply with DMCA regulations.
  • Handle DMCA takedown notices and protect intellectual property rights.
  • Stay updated on changes in DMCA laws and Amazon policies.

Product Listings & Optimization:

  • Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Write compelling product descriptions and titles.
  • Use SEO best practices to enhance product rankings.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Expert or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with DMCA regulations and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields.
  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing strategies.
