We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is not just a support role — as a CSR, you will also play an active part in our sales process by making outbound cold calls to potential customers, helping them understand our products, and assisting them throughout their purchase journey.

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, live chat, and social media, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to resolution.
  • Actively connect with potential clients through outbound cold calls and introduce them to our products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities by recommending additional products, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and discounts to inform and assist customers effectively.
  • Actively handle and resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide post-purchase support and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and a great customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support or Telesales.
  • Confident in outbound calling and customer engagement.
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer queries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems.
