We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between the company and our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients, both businesses and individual consumers, to cater to their needs and address any concerns that may arise.
- Proactively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships to expand the company's market reach in the designated region or country.
- Maintain high-quality services for existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Oversee sales processes and take responsibility for post-sales support.
- Facilitate negotiations and ensure smooth transactions for the products.
- Provide exceptional customer support to new leads, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
