Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical implementation process from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Train clinical staff on the effective use of our software and tools.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical workflows and product integration.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure continued success post-implementation.
- Gather feedback from clients to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical consulting, with a focus on implementation.
- Experience working with healthcare technologies, EHR systems, or clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
