  • Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical workflows and product integration.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure continued success post-implementation.
  • Gather feedback from clients to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical consulting, with a focus on implementation.
  • Experience working with healthcare technologies, EHR systems, or clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
