Database Development:

Data Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
Data Modeling:
- Create and maintain data models to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure data models align with business goals.
Documentation:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of database systems, including schemas, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with application developers and business analysts to support application releases and database-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Database Developer.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, MySQL).
- Strong SQL programming skills.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
- Knowledge of data security and encryption best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
