• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Develop talent acqustions and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.

  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.

  • Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates.

  • Take part in major industry events.
  • Responsible for the full cycle hiring process; from the search to the signing of the candidate.
  • Carry out negotiations with applicants in compliance with internal compensation guidelines.
