Require an Accounts Officer for Fulltime.

TOR:

  • Data entry: Accurately inputting transactions into accounting software.
  • Invoice processing: Creating and sending invoices to clients, verifying accuracy of invoices against purchase orders.
  • Accounts receivable: Following up on outstanding invoices, managing customer payments.
  • Accounts payable: Processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
  • General ledger maintenance: Posting journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Financial reporting support: Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Filing and recordkeeping: Maintaining organized financial documents and records
  • Customer service: Answering client inquiries regarding billing and payments
  • Inventory: Tracking and managing the stocks and inventories.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
