Require an Accounts Officer for Fulltime.
TOR:
- Data entry: Accurately inputting transactions into accounting software.
- Invoice processing: Creating and sending invoices to clients, verifying accuracy of invoices against purchase orders.
- Accounts receivable: Following up on outstanding invoices, managing customer payments.
- Accounts payable: Processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- General ledger maintenance: Posting journal entries to the general ledger.
- Financial reporting support: Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Filing and recordkeeping: Maintaining organized financial documents and records
- Customer service: Answering client inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Inventory: Tracking and managing the stocks and inventories.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
