The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Planning:
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
