We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage customer ledgers, handle bookkeeping, maintain cash and bank books, and perform other clerical accounting tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accurate.
- Process daily financial transactions and keep records up to date in the accounting system.
- Record and reconcile cash and bank book transactions, ensuring accuracy in bank statement matching.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and filing of financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
