Data Entry Operator is responsible for completing desired tasks:
- Develop MS Excel Format as per tool summary sheets and database of data as per the type of questionnaire.
- Editing of questionnaire, review of questionnaires, and report to CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
- Close contact with enumerators and project team for fulfilling the correct data entry task.
- Record keeping of questionnaires in the respective box files.
- Submission of daily data entry report on a daily basis to the CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
- Ensure correct, accurate, and timely entry of data into the database file.
- Ensure proper filing of data in the database file.
- Work according to the priorities set by the supervisor.
- Report to the CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
- Team at frequent and regular intervals on the progress of data entry and any outstanding inaccuracies and/or discrepancies.
- Responsible for complete entry of data according to the approved time frame and reporting to CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
- Work according to the programme’s needs/work plan on a daily basis.
Note:
- Candidates will be preferred who reside in Neelum Sharda – AJK.
- Contract will be for 6 days.
