Participate in Data Collection Orientation Meetings and Workshops:

  • Attend all scheduled orientation sessions, training workshops, and briefings to understand the data collection processes, protocols, and objectives thoroughly.
  • Engage actively in these sessions to ensure a comprehensive grasp of the methodologies and tools to be used.

Conduct House hold assessment

  • Collection of all functional and non functional schemes of PHED
  • Organize community meeting
  • Collection of house hold information.
  • Mobilization of community.
  • Ensure all required data is collected accurately and thoroughly.

Assist in Data Collection Using Kobo Toolbox/Manual

  • Utilize the Kobo Toolbox software or data collection with already developed tool as per the programme requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the collection process.

Accurately Record Responses:

  • Gather responses accurately and input them correctly into the questionnaires/software provided by MAP.
  • Ensure that all data recorded reflects the respondents' answers without bias or alteration.

Maintain Coordination with Field Staff:

  • Keep close communication and coordination with the district lead and MEAL officer for field facilitation and support.
  • Report progress and any issues encountered in the field promptly.

Adhere to Organizational Policies and Field Protocols:

  • Follow all organizational policies, field protocols, work timings, and schedules as outlined by the programme.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and ethical guidelines during fieldwork.

Be Prepared to Work on Non-Workdays:

  • Be available to work in the field on non-workdays, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as required by the programme.
  • Show flexibility and readiness to meet the programme’s needs.

Submit Completed Questionnaires and Equipment:

  • Submit all completed questionnaires and any other equipment used in fieldwork according to the mechanisms suggested by MAP.
  • Ensure that all submissions are timely and correctly documented.

Report Issues and Provide Feedback:

  • Identify and report any problems encountered in obtaining data.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights from field research activities to improve the data collection process.

Work According to the Programme’s Needs and Work Plan:

  • Follow the daily work plan and schedule as outlined by the programme’s needs.
  • Adapt to changes and ensure the completion of assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.

Note: 

  • 6 Days assignment (PKR 4,000 per day)
  • Positions will be filled on rolling basis.
