- Must Have the ability to ensure earthwork
- Must Have knowledge of Bar bending schedule, Cut length and steel-enforcement.
- Must Have understanding & experience to deal with site contractors.
- Must have planning experience.
- Must Have finishing expertise.
- Must follow working schedule & ensure timely completions.
