A highly successful candidate in this role will have 2 years experience in REAL ESTATE, taking our current systems and processes and actively working to improve them and maximize their effectiveness. Knowledge as a REAL ESTATE OR PROPERTY MANAGER Virtual assistant is essential.
Your job will entail but not limited to:
- Booking in viewings
- Progressing tenancies
- Handling landlord and tenant enquires
- Any other duties deemed necessary to support Lettings & property management activities
UK Working Time Zone
We are based in London at 0 GMT and the proposed hours are 8 am - 5 pm with some flexibility if required.
Skills and experience:
- People-oriented
- Attention to detail and meticulousness Is a must
- Two years of excellence in providing outstanding customer service as a VA
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations
- Experienced in dispute resolution and problem-solving
- Previous Transaction/ Listing/ leasing coordination experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- * Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, CRM, and project management tools
