a)       Get the training from the Odoo Implementation team

b)      Train the company personnel and implement Odoo in the company

Communication:

a)       Handling incoming and outgoing communication (emails, phone calls, etc.).

b)      Coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.

c)       Drafting and editing documents, reports, and correspondence.

Data Management:

a)       Organizing and maintaining files and records.

b)      Managing databases and information systems.

c)       Ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Human Resources Support:

a)       Assisting with recruitment processes.

b)      Managing employee records.

c)       Coordinating employee training and development programs.

Technology Support:

a)       Providing basic IT support.

b)      Managing office technology and equipment.

Policy Implementation:

a)       Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Problem-Solving:

c)       Addressing issues and resolving conflicts within the office.

d)      Handling unexpected challenges and problem-solving.

Project Coordination:

a)      Assisting in project management.

Customer Service:
