Duties and responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for all the social mobilization and advocacy of project activities in the project area
- Responsible to form and activating Community Groups etc
- Responsible to organize and hold community meetings
- Prepare monthly/quarterly work plans and implement the approved work plan
- Providing data of field to office on time
- Responsible to arrange and facilitating all kinds of training/orientation/seminars of the project
- Meeting with school staff, parents for education promotion and student group formation and conduct extra curriculum activities.
- To keep touch with community groups for every project activity.
- Document and share lessons learnt achievements and successes from the field.
- Help the staff organize community meetings, workshops/conservation planning exercises and campaigns.
- Sharing and documentation of successful case studies
- Coordination with media personalities for media coverage and other activities related with programme publicity
- Make harmony in all section for better implementation of programme activities at field level.
- Good and effective relationships with other staff
Any other assignment given by project management
