Planning / Procurement Manager

We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Planning and Procurement Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our products are available to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and demand planning, preferably within the fashion or lingerie industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate terms and pricing.
Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, from demand forecasting to inventory management and distribution.
To create accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
Work closely with the design and production teams to align procurement plans with business goals and product launches.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and continuously seek new sourcing opportunities to improve quality, cost, and lead times.
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.
Manage the purchasing and material planning functions in the planning and procurement of raw materials.
Issue job orders and related reports.
