Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate resources or personnel.

  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Manage the appointment scheduling process for faculty and staff, coordinating availability and visitor requirements.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track visitor interactions and ensure follow-ups where necessary.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of visitor data and inquiries.
  • Assist students and guests by providing necessary information regarding college programs, services, and facilities.
