We are a leading company in the logistics industry, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of call center experience, particularly in sales or customer service, and a proven track record of sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls: Engage with prospective clients to promote our logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support and service recommendations.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling and market research within the logistics sector.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the full range of logistics services we offer, staying current on industry trends and developments.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Call Center Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on sales or customer service.
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Please be prepared to share previous sales achievements or specific metrics related to your targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or related industries would be a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics services in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a results-driven mindset who thrives in a target-focused environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues in the logistics department and sales team to meet overall business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
  • Experience with B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Experience working on CX/Haulage Exchange will be a plus
