  • Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events to raise awareness of school children in the target districts.
  • Mobilize community members, local leaders, and volunteers to actively participate in community development activities.
  • Promote community participation and ownership of projects by facilitating the formation and strengthening of community-based organizations or groups.

  • Collaborate with teachers and trainers to track children’s progress and address issues related to learning outcomes.
  • Maintain records of community interactions, enrollment data, and mentoring activities.
  • Work closely with project teams, schools, and local authorities to ensure seamless implementation of project activities.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance mobilization and mentoring skills.
  • Conduct follow-ups with families to ensure continued support for children’s education.
  • Monitor attendance and participation of enrolled children and provide feedback to the project management team.
