• Responsible to take care of all monitoring evaluation  and reporting aspects of the project
  • To ensure that the M&E plan of the project is implemented properly.
  • Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of Programme monitoring reports at project level for further reporting to the Project Coordinator.
  • Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.
  • To conduct regular monitoring to the locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground and document process and programme monitoring.
  • To collect and catalogue relevant case studies, photographs and captions from the field.
  • Monitoring of all programme related documentation/record keeping/data entry and ensuring that it meets the desired standard/criteria.
  • To keep close track of all project programmatic progress.
  • Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from project to RO/Donor
  • Validate Programme progress reported by the implementation teams.
  • Maintain a record of all monitoring documents relating to the project.
  • Any other task assigned by the DPO/Team Lead/RGM.
