Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure the security of hospital data and IT systems.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
- Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and Anti-virus solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred.
