You will be responsible for closing sales deals with residential customers, ensuring they choose our client’s internet service as their preferred internet service provider. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into loyal customers and achieving sales targets.

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Conversion: Contact leads provided by the company, present our client’s internet services, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of residential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, address their concerns, and highlight the benefits of our client’s services.
  • Objection Handling: Overcome customer objections and negotiate terms to secure sales.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for internet service subscriptions.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the company’s CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

  • High School Diploma, or
  • A bachelor’s degree will be a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Hours & Commitment

  • This is a full-time position and the selected candidate will be required to work according to Canadian Shift hours.
