We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic London PCO Taxi Division. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, enhancing our market presence, and contributing to our strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the urban mobility landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities for expansion and partnership. Develop and implement robust business strategies that align with Nessovo’s overarching objectives.
- Partnership Management: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, regulatory bodies, and technology providers to enhance our service offerings and expand our market reach.
- Sales and Client Relations: Drive sales initiatives and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Implement customer retention strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at developing new services or optimizing existing ones. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, performance, and market trends. Ensure all business activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the transportation or mobility sector.
