  • Performance Targets: Achieve business development targets through strategic execution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of communications and agreements for reporting.
  • Inquiry Response: Handle inbound calls, presenting rental offers effectively.
  • Sales Techniques: Use sales strategies to highlight competitive advantages and secure contracts.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain professionalism and energy during calls.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team towards collective goals and customer solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure satisfaction and convert inquiries into deals.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns confidently.

Qualifications: Require excellent English skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and at least 3 years of sales experience; customer service experience is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or corporate sales, preferably within transportation, hospitality, or related sectors.

Track Record: Proven success in closing deals and establishing long-term partnerships.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Language: Fluency in English.

Technical Proficiency: Adept at using modern communication tools and platforms.

Personality: Extroverted, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.

Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation and presenting business agreements.
