We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating Graphic Designer skills with a focus on clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategy.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
