We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Development Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching MERN Stack development (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) and a passion for sharing knowledge with students.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in MERN Stack development
- Develop and maintain curriculum, course materials, and assessments
- Teach students of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency and quality in training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MERN Stack development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in teaching MERN Stack development
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable pieces
- Experience with curriculum design and development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Nice to Have
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Certification in MERN Stack development or related field
