Your primary goal will be to generate sales by understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits. You will utilize effective sales techniques, such as up-selling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue. opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management
Closing Deals and Achieving Sales Targets
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or call canter environments is a plus.
