We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team on-site.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (on-site)

Salary Package:
- PKR 30,000/month (Fixed)
- 3% commission on monthly sales from your closed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Write and submit professional proposals on Upwork
- Identify relevant projects daily
- Collaborate with the technical team for accurate bidding
- Handle initial client communication when needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Upwork bidding is preferred, but not mandatory, Familiarity with the platform and its operations is required.
- Strong written English
- Basic understanding of web development, SEO, or design services
- Reliable and punctual for night shift
