- Ensure the reception, storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products.
- Generating appropriate documentation for all material movements
- Material stock located accurately and in a timely manner
- Communication of shortages and stock discrepancies to relevant departments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Picking Works orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, cleaning inventory.
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Management
- Management of all types of inventory transactions between branches to ensure smooth availability of Stock.
- Good Listening skills and good team member working with team in a supportive way.
