We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join our organization. As a sales representative you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, providing essential information about our legal services, and establishing initial connections to facilitate consultations with our legal team. Your primary responsibility will be conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, representing our firm with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss legal services offered by the firm.
  2. Clearly and persuasively articulate information about our legal practice areas, services, and expertise.
  3. Schedule appointments and consultations for interested individuals with our legal representatives.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate closely with the marketing and legal teams to stay updated on service offerings, promotional campaigns, and legal updates.
  6. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines while ensuring a personalized and empathetic approach in communication.
  7. Handle objections effectively and ethically, aiming to convert leads into consultations.
  8. Meet and exceed call volume and conversion targets outlined by the management.
  9. Continuously enhance product knowledge, legal terminology, and industry-specific updates.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent; additional certifications or education in relevant fields is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing roles, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and empathetic communication style.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and ability to manage data accurately.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
  7. Knowledge of legal terminology and services (preferred but not mandatory).
  8. Goal-oriented and driven to achieve set targets and objectives.
  9. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  10. Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to learn.
  11. Integrity and professionalism in representing the law firm\\\\\\\\\\\'s values and ethics.
  12. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with potential clients.

  1. A desktop workstation based on our specifications with 2 hours battery backup
  2. A headset microphones

Schedule:

  1. Eastern Standard Time (Toronto time)
  2. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
