Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the hospital's supply chain, ensuring efficient operation and timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Manage automation and processes for various administrative tasks such as task management etc.
- Ensure adherance to SOPs developed by the management team
- Manage onboarding processes for new staff, including training and integration into the hospital's systems.
- Coordinate with different departments such as the laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical departments to ensure compliance with Punjab Health-Care Commission (PHC) regulations and self defined hospital standards.
- Regularly review and update departmental compliance protocols and standards.
- Serve as a liaison between hospital management and department heads to foster effective communication and problem resolution.
- Prepare reports on hospital operations, efficiency, and compliance for senior management review.
- Document Meeting Minutes
- Any other task if required
