Responsibilities:

Implement and follow the automation systems developed for various administrative tasks including task management.
Oversee and maintain the hospital's supply chain, ensuring efficient operation and timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
Manage onboarding processes for new staff, including training and integration into the hospital's systems.
Coordinate with different departments such as the laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical departments to ensure compliance with Punjab Health Care Commission (PHC) regulations and our self defined hospital standards.
Regularly review and update departmental compliance protocols and standards.
Serve as a liaison between hospital management and department heads to foster effective communication and problem resolution.
Prepare reports on hospital operations, efficiency, and compliance for senior management review.
Manage Complaints reported by Patients or Doctors as well as Staff incidents and ensure they are addressed
Perform any additional duties as required to support hospital operations.
