We are seeking a Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive with 5-7 years of experience in our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial models, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Supervising/Handling routine accounting transactions and Final Accounts Preparation
- Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CA, CMA, etc.is an advantage
- 5-7 years of experience in finance operations
- Good command over MS Excel and Strong knowledge of financial accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and systems including ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
