We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Recruitment and talent management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.

Employee engagement and retention: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and develop strategies to retain key employees.

Performance management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Compensation and benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a public limited company.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Certifications: Professional certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are desirable.
