Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and talent management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.

Performance management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a public limited company.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Certifications: Professional certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are desirable.
