We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store InCharge to oversee the inventory management and storage operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and support production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the availability of materials for production while minimizing excess inventory.

Receiving & Inspection:

  • Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, inspecting for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Storage Organization: Maintain a well-organized storage area, ensuring proper labeling, storage conditions, and compliance with safety regulations.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including stock movements, adjustments, and discrepancies.

Team Coordination:

  • Supervise store personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

Communication:

  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to forecast material needs and address any supply issues.

Stock Audits:

  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to various materials and equipment.
